IWD #BreakTheBias Keynote Talk with Eco-Feminist Francoise Dumont

2022 International Women's Day theme was #BreakTheBias, and Eco-Feminist Wellness Strategist, founder of Forbidden Ruths was the perfect fit to speak on this enlightening topic. Francoise Dumont has trained her whole life for moments like this, it was truly an honor to represent feminism since graduating with a Gender Equality & Social Justice degree. Listen in for all to learn how to break the bias, in health together.
Françoise Dumont is an Eco-Feminist by post-secondary education, and is an ethical believer by nature. It was a REAL pleasure when asked to be this year's International Women's Day (IWD) Event Keynote Speaker. What a thrill to create a presentation on 20+ years of foraged knowledge since traveling and working abroad, to discovering through first hand lived experiences - the impact of racism, classism, sexism and environmentalism, on innocent people's lives. Dumont was always the voicer, defending people's human rights.

Being enlightened by the Wisdom of Trauma course with Dr.Gabor Mate (https://drgabormate.com/the-wisdom-of-trauma/), which is where Dumont discovered Resmaa Menakem and his teachings on Cultural Somatics in context of Anti-Racism Education (https://www.resmaa.com/). Learning how to Transition Design through Nourish: The Future of Food in Healthcare, and Carnegie Mellon University, taught her how to map out the bias in the world and break it down to the energetics of the stakeholders on micro and macro levels.

Now with the schooling of Lifestyle Prescriptions University's Health Coaching program, on the Art & Science of Self-Healing through root cause stress symptoms, Dumont feels equipped to bring out what she has discovered and created based on all the above.

Sit back, and relax. It's a 'deep thoughts' with Frankie kind of podcast.
